Can a Private or Business Website be a Gift for someone?

I read that the BETA version of GiftaWebsite.com will be launched before Christmas, offering the possibility for non computer knowledgable users (or dummies like me) to create and gift a real website in 3 easy steps (with a real www.DomainName.com) for loved ones!?

I wonder, taking into consideration that it would be the easiest thing to manage on Earth, would you appreciate to be offered a website (About and for yourself) for Christmas or say your Birthday?

    That just show’s you put alot of thought in your gift and is more personal and I think they are lucky!

    Because of some stuff that is happening in my work and social life at the moment, that would be the best gift anyone could give me!

    You would be best to check with the person directly, however.

    You don’t have to say ~ “Do you want a website?”

    Instead, you could comment, hey have you heard about this new thing, how great is that. If they respond enthusiastically, saying “Wow, I wish someone would do that for me”, you KNOW you are on a winner!

    Otherwise, think chocolates, lol.

    it’s a good idea but you got to make sur ethat the particular person for whom you’re doing it will want it. i mean, if somneone did a webpage for me, i’d be like… wow thanks for the effort and the investment of time and thought but this is the type of thing i got to do for my self.
    another person might be extatic … so you better find out with your friend if they’d like such a thing.
