I used GoDaddy.com they are really great in helping and answering all you questions, plus they have templates also….
offers several options for starting your own website. They have Website tonight which has lots of templates to chose from and makes it really easy to design so that you can get your site up in as little as a few hours. Plus the website and hosting come free when you register your domain name.
They also have an online shopping cart if you wanted to have menu items listed for sale.
And of course you have the option of having them professionally design the site for you as well.
I’d register my domain name with them (which you’ll need anyway and their prices & service are great) and play around with the Website Tonight.
Good luck!
