The website looks crisp and simple. You have no distractions like brght colors, flash movies etc on the website and the information is loud and clear.
If a user comes in for information, he need not strugle to get the required info, meaning there is an ease of navigation.
But the only aspect that can be added to the website is a little bit of light colors or a background of currency notes so that they match your theme of borrowings. The links (About Us, Who Can Borrow etc) can be highlighted a bit, as they seem to be hidden.
The font is good but the color on the font can be improved a bit, so that it becomes even more catchy to the eyes.
