I have recently created a business card style website for a client.
The client would like to be able to change the content on the pages by themself in the future.
What is the easiest way to set this up? I have looked at Joomla but it is too complicated. Is there a simple way to do this or a website that offers this sort of service?

Depends on the clients experience in Web language. For content moving and uploading i would advise using an FTP client, something like Wise-FTP, however as for content editing like the text i still use the good old fashion way of notepad and on the odd occasion Dreamweaver.
There are lots of ways, if you have a website that is already existing, you can incorporate it directly into third party CMS projects and manage it from there. This makes it very easy to grab a site and add CMS like functionality.
