How could i create my own website without paying someone or having to buy a CD?

i want to create my own clothing website but i am only 15. i don’t want to hire someone to do it for me. also, i don’t want to go and buy a CD. could you please help me by giving me some websites where i could download the software for free ? i really want to do this so when i get older i know how to start my business and i have the right tools to do it.

    These things are not easy as you imagine, the websites nowadays are real applications and this require good brain and high skills and not just general knowledge. For example if you want to have a website of selling clothes you gonna be confronted by some obstacles like how your website will process the order and calculations for prices and shipping and things of those types.
    Anyway, I just wanted to tell you if you are interested in this field, learn PHP, ASP, JavaScript… those kind of programming languages. choose the best for you and get ready for a spinning head the rest of your life because evolution in this field is unbelievable.
