I&#039;d recommend taking a look over the current projects on eLance.com   That could also be a good place for you to find a web designer to do your website.   Look at the current projects and you can see the budgets that buyers have set aside for them, etc.   If you put a project up there as a buyer, you will get bids from different freelancers/companies with prices and you will be able to select which you want to go with.

If you&#039;re willing to do some of the work yourself (and also get more out of it...) then I highly recommend  SiteSell (see .)  That&#039;s what I use myself, and it really guides you step-by-step through the process of building a small business website that works for your business needs.

		<description>Most domain names are pretty cheap. The rest could be free if you can do it yourself. Try Microsoft Office Live you get a domain name a very basic page editor for free for 1 year (at least for me with a new laptop)</description>
