Simplest tool for web dev is probably Microsoft&#039;s Frontpage, putting together a website is like building a powerpoint presentation.  If you want to get fancier you can use Adobe&#039;s Dreamweaver (formerly Macromedia).  Once you do that you&#039;ll have to buy the domain name from someone like godaddy or acive-domain.com and figure out if you will host it on your server or remotely.</description>
