I’m looking for the best place on the internet to sell a business website, any ideas which is the best place?

What is the website that I can go and look through the list of business types that the government will allow?

Wow, someone copied my business website & domain name. What to do?

In the middle of last year, I started a website which had quickly become (and still is) successful. Just this week, I found that someone had registered a similar domain name and copied a branded name I choose and created their own website. The domain name was different only by a (-) dash. We’re two local business within 50 miles of one another.
Any suggestions?
